Toyota Corolla Verso
The Corolla Verso was a 5-door estate Compact MPV first released by Toyota in 1997 until production of the third generation ceased in 2009. Although the design of the car is based on the Verso's namesake, the Corolla, the Verso does not share a platform with the Corolla, instead being built on a separate unique platform. The current rivals of the Corolla Verso are the Opel Zafira and the Volkswagen Touran, both being released around the time of the third generation Corolla Verso.[2] It was sold as the Corolla Spacio in Japan.
